The Aliplast Star 90 window is a modern and comprehensive product based on a premium aluminium system, on Aliplast profiles and using high-quality components. The window effectively insulates thermally, providing a reliable thermal barrier, thanks to a 45 mm deep thermal break and a central gasket. Its attractive and minimalist design fits in perfectly with current trends, while the innovative drainage system guarantees protection from adverse weather conditions. With an installation depth of 90 mm for the frame and 99 mm for the sash, the system allows the use of high-performance glazing packages that meet the most demanding standards for thermal insulation, security and sound insulation against external noise. The system’s functionality also includes the possibility to build windows with a concealed sash, and its excellent thermal insulation at Uf levels of 0.6 W/m2K and above places it at the forefront of global solutions.

Construction of the profile

A 45 mm deep thermal break provides reliable thermal insulation.
The increased depth of the profile overlap with the glass improves the thermal and structural properties of the system.
A new type of corner eliminates screw/corner collisions, making installation easier.
The innovative drainage system eliminates visible elements that block drainage holes.
The use of the same corners and T-joints in both the external and internal chambers speeds up the production process.
The ability to bend profiles increases design flexibility.
Optimisation of the number of glazing beads and gaskets while maintaining glazing continuity depending on the thickness of the packages.
The possibility of glazing from the outside gives additional design options.
Uniform type of insulating insert in sash and frame ensures consistent thermal insulation of the entire structure.

SPACER

The spacer is available in steel or plastic – the so-called ‘warm frame’, made with polymer or composite technology in a wide range of colours.

HANDLE ROTATION LOCK

A fitting function that enables uncontrolled turning of the handle in the tilt position, while also being responsible for the correct positioning of the sash when it is closed.

TILT&TURN FITTING

A fitting for the comfortable ventilation of rooms with an additional microventilation function and adjustable sash tilt in winter-summer mode.
