MB-77HS lift-and-slide doors, based on the Aluprof system, are products characterized by the highest parameters, meeting all the expectations set for this category. They provide excellent contact with the environment, and in the open position they do not take up space inside the room, which further increases the comfort of use. Lift-and-slide doors are an ideal solution as buildings connecting rooms or conservatories with the outside environment, and are also convenient exits to the balcony, terrace or open garden space. The product is available in two construction variants that differ in thermal insulation: ST and HI. Thanks to the special design of the profiles, it is possible to create exclusive doors of large dimensions, filled with single or double-chambered glass. The materials and technical solutions used guarantee a high level of thermal and acoustic protection.

Construction of profile

The profiles allow the construction of doors with sash weights of up to 600 kg, heights of up to 3.24 m and widths of up to 3.3 m.
Narrow mullion solutions offer a visible section width at the leaf junction of only 47.5 mm or 50 mm.
Available in 2-rail and 3-rail versions.
Solutions with a flat threshold, flush with the terrace for convenience of use.
Possibility of 90 and 270 degree corner doors with movable mullion.
A wide range of infills for good thermal and acoustic performance.
Three versions of the appearance of glazing beads: Standard, Prestige and Style.
Closed shape of slats and anti-burglary details to increase anti-burglary properties.
A high degree of compatibility with the MB-86 system, enabling aesthetic connections with windows.

A fitting function that allows the room to be ventilated without opening the sash.

Aluminium handle with secustic, security button or key function.

BOTTOM HINGE

Also available in a concealed version – Designo. 3D hinges adjustable in three planes with a load capacity of up to 130 kg.

SPACER

The spacer is available in steel or plastic – the so-called ‘warm frame’, made with polymer or composite technology in a wide range of colours.

HANDLE ROTATION LOCK

A fitting function that enables uncontrolled turning of the handle in the tilt position, while also being responsible for the correct positioning of the sash when it is closed.

TILT&TURN FITTING

A fitting for the comfortable ventilation of rooms with an additional microventilation function and adjustable sash tilt in winter-summer mode.
