During the first day of the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about the unique features and functions of the latest window and sliding door systems in a practical way at Veka Polska’s headquarters in Skierniewice. In addition to a large dose of theoretical knowledge, they also visited the production process of PVC profiles and expanded their knowledge in the exhibition area. The second day, spent in the Roto Frank showroom in Warsaw, was used to discover the latest hardware solutions and their use in windows and doors, which are an important element for the innovation of the entire industry.
Product training helps employees and sales partners to better understand and more effectively promote the solutions offered, which in turn translates into better customer service, increased trust and competitiveness for the company. They also foster lasting business relationships. I believe that thanks to initiatives such as this, we will continue our dynamic growth together,” said Daniel Słomski, Chief Operating Officer of the Petecki Group.
The training at Veka and Roto lasted a total of two days and was part of a wider cycle aimed at providing partners with access to the latest technology and knowledge, which translates into increased quality and competitiveness of their services.
